These Terms and Conditions govern the 100% Deposit Bonus promotion offered by GCC Brokers Limited ("GCC Brokers"). By participating in this promotion, clients agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

•Available to new and existing clients of GCC Brokers with verified trading accounts.
•The offer applies only to the client's first deposit made during the campaign period.
•Each client is eligible for a maximum total bonus of USD 5,000.

2. Bonus Qualification

•The minimum first deposit required to qualify for the 100% Deposit Bonus is USD 100 (or equivalent).
•For recurring deposits made after the initial one:
- ◦A 50% Deposit Bonus applies, with a minimum deposit of USD 50.
- ◦The total combined bonus (from all deposits) cannot exceed USD 5,000.
•Bonus requests must be submitted within the campaign period to qualify.

3. Bonus Nature

•The Deposit Bonus is a tradable credit, designed to give traders additional margin to protect their positions and trade larger volumes.
•The bonus amount is not withdrawable.
•The bonus is not losable — if your account equity falls to the level of the total bonus amount, the bonus will be automatically removed (credited out) from your account.
•Trading profits generated using the bonus are fully withdrawable, provided all trading activity complies with GCC Brokers' trading terms.

4. Trading Conditions

•The bonus can be used to open and maintain trading positions and to support margin requirements.
•Maximum leverage of up to 1:500 can be approved upon request, subject to risk and compliance review.
•All trading activity must comply with GCC Brokers' Agreement and Fair Trading Policy.
•GCC Brokers reserves the right to remove the bonus if any fraudulent, abusive, or arbitrage activity is detected.

5. Withdrawals and Adjustments

•When a withdrawal is made after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be adjusted proportionally to the withdrawn amount.
•For example:
If a client deposits USD 1,000 and receives a USD 1,000 bonus (total equity = USD 2,000),
then withdraws USD 250,
a proportional USD 250 will also be deducted (credited out) from the bonus balance.
•Removing or adjusting the bonus will not affect the own deposited funds or any earned profits.

6. General Conditions

•GCC Brokers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
•This offer is subject to GCC Brokers' general Terms Conditions, Client Agreement, and Risk Disclosure Statement.
•The promotion is not valid in jurisdictions where such bonus offers are prohibited by law.
